The high court in Oji River presided by Justice C.Ajah is now set to deliver judgment next Wednesday in the case involving two APGA governorship candidates, Dr Emma Nwankpa and Bede Chukwuekezie. This is sequel to the adoption of the processes of the plaintif and the defendants counsels where Mr.Bede is seeking to be declared as the candidate of the party for the coming election in the state. The parties to the case is Bede Chukwuekezie the plaintiff while APGA is the first defendant and INEC the second.

Briefing the press at the end of the court sitting on Tuesday the defence counsel Barrister Venatus Odo noted that the two parties argued their positions in respect to the case in which APGA as a party said that they did not nominate Bede as the certificate of return was issued to Dr Emma Nwankpa. He further said that the court will look at the merits of the case and come out with the judgement as this is strictly a party affair.
