Sir Chinyeaka Ohaa, a former permanent secretary, Federal Capital Territory, Abuja is burdened on the rise in the examination malpractice in the country.
Sir Ohaa through Sound Education Ambassadors is set to reverse the ugly trend by educating students on the need to shun examination malpractices and to work hard to pass their exams.
Sir Ohaa stated that Sound Education Ambassadors is transforming and resetting the mindset of the students towards purposeful, qualitative and productive education through enlightenment campaign.
Sir Ohaa speaking through a resource person, Mr. Anthony Nwachukwu regretted that ” these days many students believe that they must engaged in examination malpractices in order to pass exams”
He revealed; ” It is currently a norm in many secondary schools that the students must contribute money for the invigilators to allow them cheat with the support of their teachers and even the school authorities”
Sir Ohaa described such act as horrible while calling on all stakeholders to help in changing the narrative.
The group had visited many schools in the state where they educated students on the need to read their books and encourage them not to participate in exam malpractices.
